SXMFavorites does not show up as a source so the list is not accessible. Also, on the GLC300 with Radio selected in the cluster display you can press OK and it lists the sources and lets you change the source from the steering wheel. This does not work on he E350.
Anyone else run into this problem? Asked the dealer but they were less than helpful. Is this working correctly for anyone?

Welcome to the club. We have discussed this issue so many times, only to find deaf ears from MB. It simply does not make sense.

I have the exact same issue and MB says this is how it is supposed to work, SXM stations only save to the bottom and don't really work as favorites. Did you find a work around?
I don't understand this. My E450 AT had Sirius issues. I couldn't always mark stations as favorites and even after doing so, couldn't always find them with the next engine start. I traded the AT for an S580. I would think the software is identical or close to identical. But I've had zero radio issues with the S580.
