Map Update V13.0 is out

Looks like map version 13.0 is available. I'm downloading it now and will install it in the morning.

I already installed it, no issues... Did you get a notification that it was available? I still have never received any notification that a new version was released. My other car (2019 E450 Coupe) I receive an email when a new map version is released and an OTA update. I download it for that car also to get a full update.

No notification. I just check every now and again. Last time I checked was about 3 weeks ago and it was still V12.0.

My map update was done without an issue. I hooked the car up to a battery tender while I performed the update in my garage and the ignition on, but engine not running. Took about 30 minutes total.

I've been unsuccessful with v12 and v13. Can the successful installers share the details?

I'm using a SanDisk formatted to ExFat. It's 128gb and named NO NAME by default. The download manager had no errors, successfully download the v13 update. I insert the thumb drive in the center console, nothing activates. Also bring up the settings via the navigation prompts that shows the old version is installed, but it doesn't trigger an update.

When you insert the USB drive, go to settings, system and scroll down to software update and see if it shows up on the screen. Also, I previously found that if you only update your region, even though it may say that the update was installed, when you check the version number it will not change. Now I update the full map which is about 32GB. You might want to reformat the drive to NTFS, Since I have already updated mine, I can't check the format.
