hey i have a EQS SUV ... lately i have started noticing that i hear squeaking sounds ...i think it comes from the seats ... because every time i turn i hear it squeak a bit but I cant seem to find the source ... anyone else experiencing this?

I hear the rattles from the seat. super annoying !

EQE with massage seats and I have rattles too, especially from the hard plastic in the headrests. I even feel like the seat rocks under braking on longer drives.

yeah, I think the headrests are part of the problem too. it is even more annoying considering the cost of the car.

All known issues and common for EQ. Within the first month, I experienced the seat shifting back and forth issue when braking and restarting. Took it to the Service center and they replaced parts that secure the seat to the railings and that fixed the issue. I also hear squeaking in the back rest when I press my back into it. I have been living with it so far as it is not as bad as the seat moving issue , which was a safety concern. I intend to report the squeaking issue during my next visit and can provide an update then.

EQ vehicles have terrible seat build and install quality. Not something we should accept at this price point

Both of my front seats make the squeaking sounds when it accelerates. it been doing it from day one. i thought it was normal. I'll bring it up on my 20K services, got another 10K to go.

I bought it in last month for some other issues. They told me the squeaky sounds are normal. I had some uneven gaps on the front hood and lower rear valance, and they told me they don't do bodywork. they did charged me $95 for tire rotation.

mine is coming from the chair ... i dunno whats covered or not but it seems that this would be an annoyance as they are marketing this car as a luxury car ....

I also noticed this issue with just the drivers seat squeaking, I took it into the dealer. They had it for over a week and said they added some dampening foam and it’s gone now. Cost nothing.

Would you happen have the workorder for what the dealer replaced for your seat? I have had this shifting back and forth issue since the car was new. It is now bad enough to the point where I can just stand outside of the car and tilt the driver's seat back and forth with my hands. The passenger seat doesn't do it. My dealer has had my car for ten days now and they still don't know what to replace.

If anyone else encounters rattling, shaking, movement, squeaking, rocking, tilting, back and forth play, looseness, and noise coming from the seat, I just got my car back after three weeks in the shop fixing a myriad of items. They "verified customer's concern. Removed driver's seat. Checked torque to seat bracket. Removed left and right side trim. Torqued back seat bracket. Problem still present. Replaced lower seat bracket. Everything okay at this time."

They replaced part no. 000-910-38-11 (Seat Track / Seat Height Adjustment).

As a data point, the upper back potion of my driver's seat squeaks on my 2024 AMG EQE SUV every time I shift or put any pressure against it. Only 600 miles on it; there's no way that I'm going to wait until scheduled service to get this fixed.
