Does that mean dealers will have prices tomorrow? Or does that just mean they can place orders for inventory and won't really know anything about what the customers will pay?
This car will sell. I would surprised if they sell any in the US without the hyperscreen.
It would be a fascinating stat. I know the car is a non-starter for me without it. Not because I don't like the standard (I've seen it in a 2021, its great looking), but because I want the bigger screen and will always feel like I compromised.

After seeing multiple videos and photos of this car it is super boring and ugly. It looks like a 2005 Ford taurus had a baby with a 2009 Chevy impala.
More power to those that like it but it's a horrible looking cheap bubble car exterior wise.
But it's just my opinion, one man's trash is another man's treasure. This car is such a disappointment as I was thinking about upgrading my w222. Not with the EQS though. But if you love it great I'm sure it's a good car as Mercedes makes some wonderful things but looks wise it looks like the cheapest car in their portfolio even though it's one of the most expensive.

I am still not seeing any Night package or black trim or chrome delete option.
I cross checked the W223 ordering site and there is no black trim option there. Maybe Mercedes doesn't want to sell S-Class and EQS-Class models without chrome. That said, if this is the case why did they release a photo of the EQS with black trim?

It's all about aerodynamics for maximum efficiency. I happen to think it looks pretty cool. It should look even better in person.
