Interesting note: One of the dealers I have been talking to told me the Blue Edition 1 580s have been dropped and they will only produce the two-tone. I'm not sure if this is correct, or they just don't think they will get the allocation now.

The Edition One in Twilight Blue will no longer be offered on the EQS 450+ and EQS 580 4M. These units will be converted to changeable production, and help you fulfill the large quantity of custom-built EQS requests you have received, as well as secure incremental production of EQS 580 4M. With this change, Twilight Blue Metallic (842) will be available to freely order for MY22. For clients that were highly interested in this variant of the Edition One, a similar build combination can be achieved by ordering this paint in combination with 509 MANUFAKTUR Neva Grey / Biscaya Blue upholstery. Biscaya Blue is a slightly darker color compared to Stratos Blue used in Edition One, without the iridescent-effect. No changes have been made to the EQS Edition One in Two-Tone paint. This model will continue to be offered exclusively on the EQS 580 4MATIC.

New version uploaded. Looks like they added the last bits of pricing (VPC Options). Also:
- Added D53 All-Season Floormats for Pinnacle Trim as VPC option (new option code required from D43 due to difference in backseat variants)
- Corrected issue where pricing was not displaying for EQS 450 optional equipment
- Added EPA ranges for EQS 450 & EQS 580 4M

- Due to challenges with the semi-conductor shortage, the fragrancing function of Air Balance Package (P21) is temporarily constrained. Air Balance will consist of Air Ionization only for affected vehicles.

(also this says “the fragrancing function is temporarily constrained” does that mean they will theoretically correct cars shipped without it later?)

New PDF uploaded with the following updates from yesterday:
- Corrected error in paints section which showed that certain paints were unavailable
- Beltbag Rear Seatbelt Airbag (306) added to Standalone Options.
- If ordering Executive Rear Seat Package Plus (DB6), Beltbag is always included with upholsteries: 201, 211, 231, 801, and 811.
- Active Ambient Lighting (878) added to standalone section for pricing transparency, feature is not availble for ordering for MY22.
- Illuminated Seatbelt Buckles (561) added to standalone options
- Feature is included with MANFUAKTUR Neva Grey / Biscaya Blue Upholstery (509) only and is not available with any other interior.

- Corrected Exclusive and Pinnacle trim prices on EQS 580 4M and EQS 450+
- Fixed issue where Pinnacle trim price was not showing on EQS 580 4M
- Corrected MBUX Hyperscreen Package (DA0) Price on EQS 450+
- Added clarification in Trim Level descriptions to match monroney logic - MSRPs shown are the sum of all required equipment (Package Price + Plausi Driven Standalones). MSRP shown does not include D&D.
- Clarification on pillows:
- Front Headrest Pillows are included with Front Multicontour Seats w/ Massage (399), and included with Exclusive and Pinnacle Trims.
- Rear headrest pillows are included as standard equipment. With Pinnacle Trim (DY2), rear headrest includes larger pillows.

(S#*iT)!!! *!Maybe the coolest option MB offered next to the hyper screen was the Auto Comfort Doors, now, Dead on arrival! These jackass's at MB should at least take them out of their TV ads that run Nationwide!

I'm sure they would love to sell them to you, but I guess there's just some chip they can't source enough of. These were indeed heavily marketed, so I'm sure it pained them to cancel the option.
