Portable Charger
You need a way to get power into the vehicle - which you are calling a "portable charger"
Mercedes sells a very expensive emergency charging cord that plugs into a standard 120-volt power outlet and will charge at around 1,500 watts.
You can also purchase a 40AMP 240 volt home charging station to achieve the maximum AC charging rate of 9,600 watts.
Or you can charge your EQS at just about any public DC charger.
If for some inane reason you feel the need to weigh down your car with a 240V charger, you can get them on Amazon for $300. I have installed one of these in my parents garage in case I need to charge up there. It works very well. I charged my Porsche with it several times. The Porsche was a plug in hybrid with a range of 23 miles so it needed charging away from home. I have never had to charge my Tesla away from home.

For everyday driving, you don't need to pack a portable charger. If you plan to actually use your vehicle for all purposes, I would recommend one be in your trunk when you depart on vacation.
I had an electrician install a NEMA 14-50 plug outside my garage and purchased an additional connector that is longer and stays plugged into the outside plug. I typically drive about 50 miles roundtrip per day, so I just come home and plug in and within a couple of hours I'm back to where I was. Theoretically, I could charge from 0 to max (about 315 miles) in 10 - 11 hours at home overnight. I suspect that the EQS will have similar options so I will just purchase a longer version of the EQS mobile connector for a NEMA 14-50 and just charge each vehicle on alternate days. By the way, I never charge to 100% at home, I only charge to about 70%. This is suppose to be better for battery life. Occasionally I will go to a super charger to take advantage of the free charging for life I received when I purchased my Model S and I will charge to 85-90% at that time.

As for a good mobile EVSE, avoid the cheap one’s on Amazon. This include brands like Mustart, Lectron, or any EVSE that doesn’t have UL certification. Reports from other car forums have described damaging their charger ports. https://reddit.com/r/BoltEV/comments...k_charge_port/
So what to get?
Clipper creek sells a mobile 32A mobile EVSE for $484 (https://store.clippercreek.com/amazi...-fast-32-14-50). The device has UL certification and Energy star too. But it’s backordered for 14 weeks (As of November 18, 2021).
Grizzl-E has a mobile 40a EVSE called the Grizzl-E Mini. It’s $499 and they are not accepting any new orders until next year (https://grizzl-e.com/product-category/usa/mini/)
Ford sells an EVSE that comes with the Mustang Mach E. It’s UL Listed and it’s probably your best bet for getting an EVSE soon. It’s part number: 10C830 on Ford’s part website (https://parts.ford.com/shop/en/us/el...ion-13359649-1). Around $570. But the price fluctuates depending on the dealership. If you have the time call your local Ford’s dealer and tell them this number (LJ9Z*10C830*A) and see how much they are charging for.
Like this Ford dealer in Rochester NY sells it for $399 (before shipping): https://www.fordpartsonsale.com/oem-...IFJlc3VsdHM%3D
(Side note, only Tesla, GM, Ford, Porsche, and Audi include 220V 32A EVSE’s with their cars. This is ridiculous that Mercedes didn’t do that and I hope in future versions they rectify the problem)

Just to make sure you're confident with your range, I would advise you to go to https://abetterrouteplanner.com/ and calculate your daily trips and make sure you you'll be happy with 110v.
I'm confident the 110v EVSE will be included. I was in a demo car last week and it was included.
