June 15th is my input deadline to the local San Diego MERCEDES-BENZ CLUB OF AMERICA newsletter. And if I want to get maximum coverage, I definitely need a confirmed location before that date.
If Moonlight Beach will be too crowded due to Saturday beach-goers,
then we definitely need to start coming up with more location ideas.
Please chime in.

I also have a couple other plans to get people to show up.
- placing an ad on the MBCA newsletter under upcoming events & meets
- handing out flyers to nice looking / modded MB's / AMG's on the street / parking lots
- putting up some flyers at local MB dealerships and tuner shops

Looks good. You can pencil me in to attend. I should be free that weekend. The beach that was mentioned on page 1 sounds pretty good as far as a location goes. I like La Jolla Shores, but on weekends it gets pretty crowded and there may not be enough parking for all of us. Anywhere north of downtown and south of Encinitas is cool with me.

The Coaster Station in Encinitas. It is way close to
the Encintias restaurants. Exit the freeway at Encinitas Blvd. Come
down to the Coast Highway; the Coaster Station is behind La Paloma
Theatre. There is a lot of parking there. There are also a number of
good restaurants - Vigiluccis, for example. Just walk along Coast
Highway and see what appeals.
Just throwing out ideas. I can't believe I am the only one with suggestions and I'm from Orange County, just an occasional visitor to SD! Of course, maybe that is what gives me the perspective of seeing the place thru a visitor's eye and what it has to offer that others may not see anymore?
