Classic Center is an awesome venue, but not for 250 MB's.

We may need to meet with the Los Alamitos Base Commander for a warm & fuzzy proposal meeting.
We need to set this meeting up ASAP, but first we need to either meet or do some sort of conference call to ensure we are all on the same page of music, and sort out all the details.
Can you guys meet this weekend (Friday 19 or Saturday 20 ) ?????
Mark Cummins is helping us out tremendously, but it's time to put on our game faces !!!
We need to present a detailed plan to the Base Commander.

I told Mark I wouldn't be here next week. Out of the USA: Monday-Thursday, and then up to STAR-FEST in San Francisco: Friday - Wednesday.
Can you guys have this meeting without me ? Or do you need me to be there with the Base Commander ? I may have some pull with military types.

I can put together a list of the helpers and job duties on Monday. I got two AMG guys that go to the strip that will be helping with that part. I will send everyone an email on Monday with what I have so far. The live music part sounds like a blast. I think this will be the best meet so far!!!!
Just so you know I am coming to visit you after you get settled. We can steal a DTM for the day and drive the Autobahn! Then you can help me get out of jail.

i did post some info about this show/meet for our fellow so-cal MBZ owners to volunteer and throw some help to get this show rolling...LETS MAKE THIS HAPPEN...thanx saprissa and benzgal..just keep us posted for any updates..
