NJ/NY/PA Gathering?

Now that it's finally warming up in these parts, is it time for another area gathering?

Anyone up for it please post. Suggestions (other than those involving doing things to myself) welcome.

Rick - I'm meeting Young at the NYC auto show on April 20th, but a real meet would be cool. Something like last year's meet at Edison would be great, as long as there's Miracle Whip, of course.

Ok, maybe the same Edison park location? Seemes to be relatively central to everybody.

This time we plan the beverages better. BenzE goes on a beer run, then gets sidetracked by the nail salons way too easily.

With her driving "issues", are you sure that you want her showing up? I'd hate to be gunned down by some Ivy League skirt.

We gotta make S-L show up - need to see his bi-xenons!

If we see her coming, we can take cover behind the picnic tables until the dust settles. Perhaps a someone will volunteer to be a spotter to watch for careening Land Rovers in the distance.

No, not the car show.

Somebody round up the troops and start getting preferred dates.

(note my propensity to delegate)

I don't know the name of the park, but it was just off the GSP, and was a really nice setup. Well, at least until Safet did burnouts and scared the crap out of some of the kiddies.

My preferences would be for:

April 26/27

or May 3/4

Don't know if Sat or Sun is better for others. If anyone has other alternatives, post 'em!

FYI: Easter Sunday is April 20th, for those of you out there.

What would be cool is a place where safet can safely practice his burnouts without being hunted down by concerned moms. Probably not on this planet.

That was a pretty cool spot, though. At least that's what the yellowjackets thought.

I'm game.

26th/27th

okay so i guess thats going to be the date from the looks of it.. now sat or sun??? either day is fine in my book but i guess it would depend on what time we are going to get together if we do it around the afternoon it doesnt matter but if its going to be an evening thing id much rather it be on a sat..

I'd vote for a noonish meet on Sunday. Doing it on Saturday is tougher, 'cause people generally have errands/whatever to do on Saturday, especially with the silly closed on Sunday bulls*t in Bergen County. So, that would be my vote.

Is Ray Catena open on Sundays? That was cool to go there after the meet last time to check out everything.

Im down for an afternoon meet on a sunday.. sounds good.. i dont see why ray catena wouldnt be open thats middlesex county should be good to go.. if we get enough people together there shouldnt be any need for ray catena though we should have at least 1 of each model

Well, I predict 30 C-class and 2 or 3 miscellaneous models...just like last time!

We don't know anyone locally that would be willing to show up in a SL55. They know we'd spill beer on the seats.

Okay so what about a SL500?? I might be able to pull that off depending on if the owner of my company is going to be in town that day or not if hes out of town theres a good chance i could use that and leave the ml500 at his house..
