Doyounhave a price for 4 year maintenance agreement for MB for service on a 2025 CLE53 AMG?
You'd have to contact a Mercedes-Benz dealer for a maintenance plan, if it is an extended warranty/mechanical breakdown coverage you're looking for, I can help there.

My cousin bought a warranty from Jeff Jackson at MB of Louisville. Not sure if I got it right, but he’s moving to Texas and starting his own dealership. He is out at the end of the month. Huge bummer for me. I’ve been buying warranties from him for six years now. If you’re shopping, give him a call or email soon.

Wow now THAT'S a power move. Is it gonna be an MB Dealership? Wondering if we can still utilize him after his departure, as he's been a HUGE asset over the years...

He’s been helping a lot of us for the last ten years. I snagged one more warranty and called him. He said he is creating a used car dealership in the San Antonio, TX area. There’s some kind of connection to his family/wife and Texas. He wants to create a dealership that is honest and people feel taken care of. It’s a used car dealership. Franchises are hard to get into, but maybe we will see his name on a big dealership one day. Regardless, I’m happy for the guy. He’s been helping us for years.

Yes the prices are not standard at all. I got a CPO warranty price of $7K from a selling dealer, and a lie about you having to buy it at the time of vehicle purchase. Ended up getting the same CPO warranty almost a year later, for literally half price (back when Cassandra was still at MB), without any sales tax either.

same here. My local dealer was doing the same thing. Jeff Jackson told me the only thing you cannot buy from him and have to buy at the time of sale is the wheel and tire warranty. He will not give his pricing on that either unless you buy a car from his store. Unfortunately I need it because I go through tires since I have big wheels on my s63. Cassandra started her own dealership years ago after she left. Happy for them both. They’ve helped a lot of people over the years.

So the issue is, if the contract isn't dated the same day as the purchase, they can void the contract, and I believe Jeff has had it happen to him (one of his customers) once previously, so he's vowed never do it again.

I did get MB First Class Wheel & Tire from Cassandra remotely, on the same day I purchased I vehicle several times, as it pays for itself and then some when tires are $450/per, and wheels are nearly $2K each.

Having said that, I know Trent sells aftermarket wheel & tire coverage, and I believe it's cheaper than MB's. Don't have first hand experience with it however.

Speaking of which...she selling MB products at the new dealership? We def. need a replacement for CPO, ELW and PPM with Jeff leaving...preferably in a state that doesn't charge sales tax...

She started an independent dealer that unfortunately looks like it may no longer be around. Her website is not loading, and social pages have not been current since June. I'm surprised Jeff would make this career move right now, the car market has not been a consistent one this year.

Success favors the bold. He went through his plan with me and he’s going to kill it. He is really smart and truly understands cash flow . Cassandra was selling high end cars and that was probably her demise. Plus the new car market is where the struggle is. The used market is insane right now. My buddy owns six used car dealerships and sells out quickly on mid level cars.

Got some GWC/Easy Care options from Highline Autos/Trenton for a G550 I'm purchasing, but wondering if there's someone on the CPO/MB side anyone would recommend for some quotes? I have a couple of emails out, but with the infamous Jeff gone, I'm feeling lost. Thanks ahead

Has Jeff left the business? Is there any new MB source for extended warranties? I saw mention of Art, but his email gets bounced back for me.

I purchased the vehicle but it's not showing up as CPO even though it was sold as CPO. Trying to get this sorted.

I am about to purchase a new MB in the next couple of months. From what I gather reading this thread, it is better to wait to purchase an extended warranty after the initial car sale but before the first year has expired, correct? My question to all these people that bought the extended warranty: How many of you have used it? and if so, what kind of push back did you get from the warranty company? I just don't want to purchase the extended warranty and when it comes time to use, the company says "well this engine part isn't covered" or "this sunroof isn't covered" or whatever. What kind of pushback have you seen from these warranty companies when you have legitimate warranty issues?

Our extended warranty coverage factors in your remaining factory warranty, providing you with more time/miles at a lower cost vs. waiting until the factory warranty is expiring. When dealing with a reputable company, coverage is very black and white, excluded components are listed, MSRP on parts and OEM labor hours covered. For example, the sunroof is typically not covered by extended warranty coverage, and will be listed in the "listed exclusions" section of the contract.

I had written down Jeff Jackson's name a few weeks back and then just saw all of the posts about him leaving MB Louisville.

I was curious if anyone else had referrals that I could contact about a MB ELW. Thanks!

Jeff is gone, maybe we will find a new Jeff. Call around for the best deal. You can purchase at any point until the original waranty expires.

If you are original owner you have some options in terms of time and mileage to extend the original mb warantee. That is through mercedes, you will not get any problem with that and I think it's the best deal and another good reason to buy new. My wife had one on her GLC and it barely paid for itself with one issue she had over seven years.

If the car is a cpo you can extend the cpo waranty which is limited to a list of items that is published by mb. I had that several years ago on my 350 e and never had to use it. You can not purchase an extended original factory warranty on a cpo, only the cpo warranty can be extended.

Posted this in another thread but this looks to be a master thread about this stufff so….

Just bought a 2024 CPO AMG GT43. Has CPO warranty til sometime in 2030 which is longer than I will own it. Thinking we will have it 3-4 years.

My biggest concern is lousy roads and the 21" cross spoke black wheels and tires. When I was buying at at MB dealer she presented a JM&A wheel tire option for 48mos. I was tempted but it was closing time and they didnt have the fine print (other than 0 deductible) - so I passed on it.

She said I could get it in the next 30 days at that price and she would forward the detail/fine print. I have asked several times and it hasn't been sent - so - im wondering if its a bad product with lots of gotchas. We bent several wheels on the cayenne this replaced and these wheels a a 4000$+ option. Needless to say the cayenne had much larger sidewalls so......

What say the experts? is JM&A legit? difficult to use? something better? Maybe a MB product? I dont mind a small deductible but want a no quibble/bs dealer based experience. Is there a dealer here that wants to cut a deal for a low hassle easy commission sale?

If there are any relevant links please let me know - I searched but tire and warranty are kinda loaded search terms.

Thanks

There is a 5 year mb product that covers wheels and tires. I foolishly fell for this, only afterward did I see there all sorts of products at better prices. I did have a blowout in the winter on the highway last year. Roadside assistance came fairly quick and put on the spare for me. I drove to the dealer and they ordered my non standard tire, fixed the wheel and replaced the tire in less than 24 hours. Gave me a loaner and no problem. They will fix or replace whatever wheel and tire you have on the car.
