Concept EQG

Interesting that Mercedes said “we won’t discuss details as we have technical issues to work out. E won’t be available for a couple of years.”
My interpretation is that a couple of years is anybodies guess.
Keeping my G63.

Coming as a 2024 model in 2023. Motor at each wheel will be a significant advantage off-road, similar to what Rivian is doing with their truck and SUV. There is some talk that they may offer a version with rear-wheel steering, but no confirmation of that at the moment. That feature is offered on the EQS and Mercedes did say that the rear axel of the EQG will see some significant changes.

Yup... looks hideous in my opinion. Lights on the square "tire" box? This isn't a children's toy... I don't know how anyone can tell me that 2021 G63 values will implode. Yeah maybe if you're a lady you'll opt for all these lights, but cmon...

Yes production model would be smart to have a regular spare with a cubby in the middle for charging cables. There are aftermarket ones for sale already that fit in the middle of the spare.

I wonder if they would replace that "TV" on the back with the original spare tire.
