Has anybody had problems dealing with this guy? I was just about to order
about 12 different misc. parts for my car, at the same time I searched and read a review that the guy lagged and had a bad customer service. I called and spoke with him asking for a certain part and he sounded like an old man
(60-70 yrs old)? I'm in Northern California so he said shipping will take 3 to 4 days which is average. Just wanted to see what your guys experience with this company was. Thanks for looking

i was going to order a $600 steering wheel from jerry. every question that i asked him he would NOT give a direct answer. i still have all the emails saved just to show how shady he is.

I bought a set of brake pads from Jerry (Porterfield). The rears didn't fit. Turns out that MB installed 'non-Sport' rear brakes on some C230Sports, and I was a lucky recipient.
Jerry arranged for Porterfield to UPS-RED me a set of the correct pads, and sent a postage-paid mailer for the return of the wrong pads. Now keep in mind that this was an MB problem - not his.
In my book, Jerry runs a 1st-class operation, and he can count on my continued business.

Ordered a pair of Illuminated Door Sills quite a while ago - no problems. Shipped on time, everything as expected. Even had a warranty issue which was quickly resolved. I give 'em 2-thumbsup.

I've been the webmaster for Jerry since January. He goes out of his way to service his clients. I see all of the positive and negative emails and all of the orders that are placed. Most of the complaints are from retards who don't know how to order from a website.

I find this a bit disturbing.......Sometimes "retards" have the deepest wallets. Maybe you should think about who you're representing Jerry on the boards.
