Can anyone get me my full service history from Mercedes?
My 2010 ML550 I purchased from Mercedes dealer and I am second owner but I want all the detailed service history for my car so I can see everything that has been completed over the years but they would not give it to me, only a carfax which does not break down the details. If anyone has this could you please let me know, would really appreciate it!!! It was exclusively serviced at Mercedes since new.

IIRC, use STAR/Xentry, Control Modules, Assyt-Assyst Plus, enter CGW (Central Gateway), all services are stored in memory. Includes days since first power up, mileage since last service, total mileage at time of service, and codes for actions taken during each service.
I have a post on it in the W211 AMG sub-forum.

Hi, are you saying I need to have star software? I dont have that. I am hoping somebody in a Mercedes service center that is on this forum can pull for me and email it all.

@JettaRed Here ya go. It is actually Assyst Plus - Plus under Information and Communications. My bad on the misleading info earlier; I will plead old age and failing memory.

Not sure MB will hand over that info if your not the original owner if they even can see it. Im guessing there private info on those records of previous owners.
Xentry should just show scheduled maintenance carried out, im assuming. Say if the car had brake work done I dont see how that would show. That info would be stored at the shops computer records.
Like right now my car says Service BH is due when I start the car. When I check which services those are using the dash info it shows Service 2, Service 3, Service 11 and Service 13. Those make sense because my car just went over 150K miles, 2 is service B and 3 is oil and oil filter change, 11 is fuel filter and 13 is coolant. I could reset those right now saying the work was performed then it would probably show in Xentry. But if I also did pads and rotors how would the car know?
If the cars been serviced by MB dealers its safe to assume they at least did all the recommended maintenance. My cars Carfax shows it was regularly maintained every 10K miles at various MB dealers then also lists additional things like tires replaced, trans serviced, vehicle washed etc. Im thinking if i were to call one of those MB dealers and give them my vin and ask for the repair records they would ask my name, which wouldn't match the name on the original bill and they would tell me sorry they cant help.
Im purely speculating.
