Its bushings aren’t particularly pricey, but the labor to R&R them is substantial.
What is your shop saying needs to be done?

I only get this noise in the cold Canadian winter weather here. So for no more noise.
Other people on the forum have had success by relubricating the swaybar bushings to clear squeaks.
Hope this helps.

My squeak only happened on sudden short high bumps or dips such as going over speed bumps or sudden dip in the road. The squeak only happened when the temp is around freezing or colder. My squeak started last winter.
The squeak was most evident at slower speeds and not noticeable at higher speeds.

Started hearing a squeak coming from the rear of the car a short while back. Yesterday drove to NYC, so many bumps, the squeaking became way more pronounced. You can really hear it even just getting in and out of the car. I've read that this can be a bushings problems, but I'm not sure how to tell which bushings are affected. (Lower control arm bushings, stabilizer bar bushings, knuckle bushing, ft lateral arm bushing, susp crossmember bushings, lol)

I would start with the anti sway bar rubbers, bushes & links. Check for play & lubricate everything with silicone grease. See if that cures it.

To diagnose, with the car on the ground, you could lay under there and have someone bounce the rear while you listen, obvioulsy making sure you have enough clearance that you dont get hit. If you can get the general area down, take some 3/4" or larger heater hose and try to pinpoint the sound. Take a drop light under the car and hold one end to your ear and move the other end around like a stethescope sort of. Once you get the sound near the other end of the hose, you will know for sure where it is coming from. Thats an old trick for finding header leaks on the old hotrods.

+1 Good advice - I use the long screwdriver stethescope but NOT with someone bouncing a car on top of me

The details on the diagram is great. I use MBTielle and iAuto, diagrams to identify part and nos. But none of them are so detailed as this. The ones I use do not show all the parts that could be bought and because of it, a few times bought the whole part not knowing there could be bushes or repair kits not marked.
Do you know of a Diagram catalog such as this such as this detailed with relevant part nos. Thanks
