My workaround for A2DP Bluetooth streaming.
* Scosche reVIVE II Dual USB... $15 (Amazon)
* Two black twisty ties to blend in with interior of glove compartment.
* USB cable to power the BlackBerry Bluetooth Stereo Gateway
* USB micro cable to charge the DroidX
How it works….. My DroidX shows two connections:
- MB Bluetooth (Bluetooth earpiece icon)
- Blackberry Stereo Gateway (headphone icon)
When listening to music via the Bluetooth connection and a call comes through, the sound is muted like normal until the call has ended.
While listening to music via the Bluetooth connection, calls are placed normally.

My Q: Where did you find the AUX port (is it male or female) for the output of the BB bluetooth connection?
I've seen adaptors for iPod to AUX and iPod to Bluetooth..
Thanks!

Can you pull the power from the iPod dock with a cable like this (below) to power the Aluratek or BB gateway and then use the standard 3.5mm audio cable for the sound?
Anyone try this?

In short, I used this cable to provide the power: dockBoss+ by CableJive (it has to be the "+" version).
.
It's a little pricey ($30), but it was the only one with the female 30pin that I could find at the time. There are cheaper cables out there though, like this one ($9): http://www.usbfever.com/index_eprodu...oducts_id=2736 .
[quote=cmarshack;5413673]I like the idea of this, but is there a way to make it even cleaner?
