Recall #17V715
Received a recall notice for Panoramic Roof Panel Bonding. Strangely, this does not show up when I look up recalls for my VIN. Makes me uneasy to think if there are other recalls that are potentially not being displayed.
The only recall that shows up when I type in my VIN is the one for 17V627 (Inadvertent driver airbag deployment) which was reported before the one above but we've received no notice received for it yet.
My first MB vehicle ever and extremely disappointed with the issues being reported. Have started experiencing the brake squeal as well.

How interesting. I just noticed the rubber seal was a bit mangled on the front and rear of my roof where the panorama glass meets the metal. It’s not really noticeable unless you use a flashlight in a garage I found.

I received a letter in the mail for this recall on my 2018 GLC 4matic. Took it to the dealer a couple of days later and they handled it.

I found these two recalls related to GLC 2017 and 2018
Recall Number. Recall Date. Make. Model. System. Model Year(s) Affected
2017556 2017/11/15. MERCEDES-BENZ. GLC CLASS. Accessories. 2017 2018
2017490 2017/10/10. MERCEDES-BENZ. GLC CLASS. Airbag. 2012 2013 2014 2015 2016 2017 2018
Any one dealt with these two recalls?
More info:
2017556: On certain vehicles, the panoramic sunroof frontal and side panels may not have been bonded properly and could separate from the vehicle. This could pose a risk to other road users, increasing the risk of injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will inspect bonding and repair as necessary.
2017490: On certain vehicles, electrostatic discharge, when combined with a broken clock spring and insufficient grounding of the steering components, could lead to an inadvertent deployment of the driver's frontal airbag. Unintended airbag deployment, in a non-warranted (non-impact) situation, could startle the driver, which could result in a crash causing injury and/or property damage. In some instances, inadvertent deployment could cause minor injuries to vehicle occupants. Correction: Dealers will add sufficient grounding to the steering components. Note: A broken clock spring would result in a driver airbag warning message appearing in the instrument cluster, as well as a red airbag warning lamp illuminating.
