How do you display Speed limit
Either on the HUD or within the Command Navigation? Yes I checked the owners manual. The option does not show up in HUD Display choice. Cant find in NAV. Wondering if its part of a package I did not purchase.

I only see the speed limit on the Nav screen when I'm on the freeway. I've read elsewhere you need map version 11 to see city/county road limits. My 2018 came with version 10.

If you do have the feature on your vehicle there is somewhere to turn it on and off I believe

See here for a discussion on Speed Limit Assist (speed limit on Nav display):
Speed Limit Assist display
I just had my U.S. maps updated to Version 11. But even with Version 10 the speed limit showed on the Nav screen when on the Freeway and some surface streets. In the U.S., unlike Europe, the speed limit comes from the maps data base. Since not all areas have the speed limit in the data base the speed limit icon is not always present.

Hi guys, late 2016 UK car AMG GLS63 with traffic sign recognition as part of the driving assistance package, got the symbol briefly showing up on in the cluster when i pass a speed sign but dont seem to have it on the Comand map screen, is it always on and just changes the speed on that display?
I really wanted it to be on all the time rather than quickly flash up then go so will look into the map display if its always on?
Thanks
Carl

Just got my brand new E450 Coupe yesterday and I find it pretty ridiculous that my Nissan Maxima had the changing speed limits on full display but my 2020 Mercedes does not! And yes I did the research and read that it comes in the Drivers Assistant Package!!! Why not standard?!!! This is very disappointing!
