The Russian and Chinese car sites are universally fake and should be avoided. That's a ham-fisted photoshop job done on the previous gen model. Not even close to the real deal.

Most of those are trim specified, so really can't compare those unless it specifies which trim is which. Also keep in mind those pictures are "renders" because they are just what the person thought the upcoming car will look like based on different factors such as other new models, previous designs, brand design language and so on, so again to me the render was pretty close and they didn't do a ****ty job. If the render was exactly same as the actual model, then for sure that person is working in MB design studio lol

I wouldnt say its as bad of a render as you make it seem.
The rear end is pretty close to the real thing.
And the front end was just chopped from the new wagon. Just like the previous years - the base v AMG lines have different lower fascias. We may not have seen the alternate fascia yet.
