My 2019 GLE400 lease will be up in a few months, and I'm ordering a 2021 GLC300 (I previously had a 2016 GLC300. so I'm familiar with the model). Any thoughts about the chrome strips over the front bumper air intakes? Trying to decide whether to get that or not.

The front bumper air intakes are fake, to let you know. But I think they look nice as long as you don't have the night pack.

I personally hate the chrome so went for Night Package without the chrome inserts. But you do you. It might look nice on black car without night package.

I agree on the black bit, maybe the dark blue or graphite would probably work.

I personally hate all the black trim so I leave my chrome as is. I have the optional chrome inserts and the optional chrome strip on the cargo door. As you said "but you do you"

I have them on my 2021 and I think they look great. It adds a bit more luxury look to a luxury vehicle.

My test drive vehicle at the dealership was a 2019 red with night pack, no chrome. Looked nice.
