Just a quick question in installing eurocharge.
Instructions says car should be on battery charger. Is that an absolute must? i've dont cobb on my porsche in the past (even though they suggest it) i didnt use it and it was fine.
has anyone installed without using batter charger?
appreciate the answers.

It is recommended as the vehicle is going to be in Ignition Position 2 during the writing process and it is extremely important that the ECU stays awake during this process. If for any reason your battery drains and vehicle shuts off during writing you will have a bigger problem on your hands. The charger will prevent the battery from draining and lower the possibility of anything happening during installation. Yes the install may be quick, but if you choose not to follow the instructions and something goes wrong you cannot blame the tuner.

push the start once without hitting the brake?

Without your foot on the brake, press the start button twice rapidly and you will see the dash board light up like a christmas tree.
