I had the same issue on my 2022 E450, turns out it was a software glitch. Took it to the dealership and they updated the infotainment system, fixed the problem and no more annoying chime.

@EleBest , I had RJ code the removal of the dings BUT I still have this annoying icon while I'm driving if my seatbelt isn't buckled. Any way to get rid of this?

That is telling you that Automatic Emergency Braking is off. It may be that it will refuse to function without the seat belt. If it engages and your seat belt is not fastened, you will be thrown forward into the steering wheel.
