Central Jacking points For GLE340 4matic?
I'm looking to rotate all four tires and I would like to put the vehicle up on my 4 jack stands, one in each corner for at the lift point on the sides. Does anyone have good central jacking points for the vehicle? I need on in the front and one in the rear. Thanks

On my 2014 ML350 the central jacking points are:
Front - a plastic pad the protrudes through the undertray. It is about 1" x 3".
Rear - under the diff.
I read the entire manual and can't remember there being any reference to these lifting points.

I believe I have found the front location. It looks like there is a part of the front cross member that protrudes out of the plastic a bit, Like the other poster said, it's about 1x3". The rear has two possible spots to jack from as far as I can see. The rear transfer case, on the lip that joins the two halfs, it's about 3/4" wide, or just behind that towards the rear is the rear cross member that the transfer case is bolted to with what looks like engine mounts. That cross member is about 2" wide. I'm thinking the cross member is a better bet as not to put too much undue stress on the rear transfer case an it's mounts. I'll get some pics for clarity later today.

Don't use the "crossmember" - which is actually part of the rear subframe. M-B has always said it is suitable to use the differential. That isn't a transfer case - the transfer case is midships.

Good to know, thanks! This is why I love forums, so much knowledge from so many people!!! My Mazda has a protrusion on the rear differential just for jacking the rear end, Glad to know the MB can be jacked up the same way. This will make rotating tires much easier

If your jack's pad is the traditional concave, cast metal part I suggest using a piece of 2 x 4 lumber on top of the jack pad. I have a square piece I use when jacking the front (so nothing touches the undertray). I have another piece about 12" long that I use at the rear (oriented longitudinally when under the diff).

@dwl Front lifting point is a clearly defined protrusion between the front wheels. It's a metal rectangle protruding through the bellypan.
The rear lifting point is under the cast iron differential housing.
