2022 GLE 53 SUV, Squeaky Rattling Noise from D Pillar
Hello everyone, so I'm having problem with my brand new car, want to share MY EXPERIENCE and see if someone had similar problem. so on third day when i got my car started to hear some ticking rattling noise from trunk area, after doing some check up and sitting in the back of the while my wife was driving figured out its coming from d pillar area, so took it to dealer and after take took out headliners telling me its body shop job and noise coming from quarter panel, as they said they had similar problem and may need to be welded. and of course it need to be done outside MB service. I dont feel comfortable letting some third party dealer tear apart my car and don't find any issues witch later on I'm gonna stock with more noise. Any ideas what it can be, and what's the best solution.

I think this is typical practice actually. There are some repairs that are not within the scope or skill set of the mechanical techs. My wife's C300 Cabriolet had an issue with the rear window, they had to sent it to the body shop (in this case it was owned by the MB dealership) for the repair to be done. I expect there are special skills or tools required in some cases.

Passenger side back tire/suspension area a weird bobbling noise like something is loose. They have replaced several parts of my suspension and the noise is still there. Airbag/airbag Bellow,control Armand now the torsion bar.(which supposedly was defective and they have to order another one of those.)
I’ve reached out to MBUSA. To see what can be done it’s been entirely too long. California this comes under some sort of lemon law as far as what I’ve researched.

It could be the good old marketing technique used by corporations (iphone - Designed in California). In Mercedes case, it's a bit more relevant. The parts including Engine, suspension etc are made in Germany (AMG) but the assembly happens in Alabama.
