Guard 360 - How do I access this?
Hey all, I have a 2024 GLE and was wondering how to access Guard 360 to view imagery. I've seen links elsewhere to Youtube videos that show access to photos under Vehicle--> Open/Close--> Vehicle protection but I dont see anything related to Collision Notifications and Collision photos.
Is there a way to activate this?

I am in the same situation. I cannot find any way to access it. It is on my build sheet (code P82 Guard 360). There was a window decal on the drivers door for it - since removed when the added window tint was applied. Yet there is nothing in my app, nor can I locate it in the MBUX (as I have seen on you tube videos).
Very frustrating.
It goes in next week for it's first scheduled service, and I'm going to ask the dealer about it.

has stickers but missing this option in the menu or the app

Ditto. The Guard 360 only shows for towing and interior. Mine is activated for that, but there is no additional menus for cameras. The Digital Vehicle Key is another feature I see a lot of, but is not found in the menus on my 2025 GLE 53 with Pinnacle & Driver Assist pkgs. Frankly, this is a bit annoying to think you should have these features and then find out you don't, but nothing to tell you what it takes to get these features.

I have a 21 63 and MB said that since the AR was installed at the dealership after shipment vs the factory during manufacturing it is not availbale on mine and can not be activated (dash cam as well). I have a 22 S580 and it is there in the menu and functions as it should. Annoying that it can not be activated in the 63 since it left the factory without the option it can not be added as it appears they can not charge for it later under subscriptions IMO

My early '21 S580 only shows vehicle protection menu items for “towing protection” and “interior protection” alerts, which are indeed active on Mercedes Me and do work, but no additional MBUX menu items for extracting/managing collision photos. After driving my dealer absolutely insane, they finally determined after looking at the build info that the my car did not have the full Guard 360 package, even though it has many of the features the Guard 360 actually has. This is likely due to COVID chip shortages--and it's the only feature I have discovered that is not present on my car due to the alleged chip issues.
