MB GLK 350
We replaced our 2004 Nissan Pathfinder in an effort to downsize, and hopefully get better gas mileage. We have been waiting for about 3 months for ours to arrive, and think that the dealer finally picked it up from the rail yard today, so maybe we can get it in a couple of days...

Traded my 07 g35 coupe which was a good car very cool lookin on the outside but the interior build quality was terrible everything so plasticy. I love the GLK hopefully it will be as reliable as the Infiniti was.

Me, 2008 Hummer H2 Wife, 2010 Mercedes GLK350
It was kinda complicated with us. I drove a 07 Ram 3500 4x4, and my wife drove an 08 Honda Civic. I bought a 08 Hummer H2, and as soon as winter showed up, I lost the H2, as she started driving it! The Civic stayed in the garage all winter. We didn't need 3 vehicles, so the Civic was going to be sold, but we didn't want a big truck and an H2, so we needed a smaller all wheel drive. So I sold my tuck and bought the GLK350, and that is what my wife drives, so now I have my Hummer back!
Short answer, the GLK replaced a 08 Honda Civic!

2008 Tundra.
My wife commutes about 400 miles a week, and we had been swapping vehicles back and forth each week to keep mileage equally distributed. On the weeks she drove the Tundra (other car is a 2009 C300), the mileage was absolutely killing us. Coupled with the steady decline in the truck's resale value, I decided to go ahead and make the leap before it became any less feasible to trade in.
We are both loving the new GLK! We are a full-on Benz fanatic family now! LOL!

Pretty obvious that the Mercedes marketing plan is working. Capturing many sales from the competition and marques that are not normally competition........

We needed 4 doors for the new little one, and the GLK was 2 months away from landing in Canada. We ordered our the night of the new MB dealer grand opening in my city. We were the first to drive and own in our city. Registered it February 4th 2009.
