Drivers side memory seat loosing settings?
The wife has been complaining about her seat settings being lost intermittently over the last couple of weeks. Car is < 1 month old with 1500 miles. Need to get it in to the dealer and wanted to see if anyone else was having issues. I keep thinking it is something she is doing without realizing but changing the settings requires some effort to do and the random settings are radically different than her saved ones.

Have her read the Owners Manual again for the proper procedure. If the car has not been losing power, most likely she is not setting it properly.

^ what he said.
I haven't come accross anybody having issues with memory settings on this forum.
Steps are the following:
1) get seat/ wheel/ mirror in desired position,
2) press M, and then press and hold number (1,2 or 3) untill you hear beep.
3) to recall the position just press and hold the number with stored settings (1,2 or 3) untill everything is in desired position.

I understand the process of setting and have done it for her a couple of times / tested. It will transition from my setting to hers and back without issue. Then a few days later the #1 setting is something totally wacky with mirrors facing down, seat all the way back, seat back pushed forward most of the way. The position it recalls to isn't something that either of us would ever move the seat to which has be baffled. If it were a slight change I would assume that she is some how bumping the buttons to reset upon exiting or something like that.

Like I've said in other posts. Can you make it happen at the dealership?
Can't fix it if it ain't broke!
