According to the "Telephone and multimedia from Mercedes-Benz" manual, http://www.mercedes-benz-mobile.com/...05/finder/~bt/ (click Samsung Galaxy S III), will you find that the "Importing contacts" feature unfortunately is not ticked off for this cell/GLK.

Made available with the GLK MY 2013.

Transfer contacts from Samsung S3 to GLK

I just use an Android app from the Google Play store called Bluetooth File Transfer.

Works perfectly

Here is the link.

I am a computer illiterate. I just tried with my trusted Tonto but we failed to download the contacts. We got a message that we can upload data but cannot download because I am missing a folder. Help!! Thanks; Ken

Yep , that's what I used last year when we got our GLK & imported with my HTC EVO4G. Worked as describe.
Nice intuitive app.

btw - if you can't operate the contacts importing, you shouldn't be sporting a 'smartphone'...

Resolved

Was able to figure it out. For this particular phone the following steps should be followed;
from phone open your contacts+open menu+import/export+send namecard via+select all or anyone+done (make sure blue tooth on car is activated at 'receive business cards.'
That's it folks. Sit back and watch your contacts upload. Cheers.

I'm glad to see you made it, with the support of Rixard.

AND: Your feedback with the outcome is enhancing the value of this forum in the sence of a search for such an issue will show a solution - in countrary to threads where a case apparently is resolved, but not confirmed.
