The 2013 does not come with it any more. I emailed MBUSA:
Can anyone confirm that the 2010-2011 cargo tray fits the 2013?

Unfortunately, the 2013 GLK no longer comes standard with the rear cargo tray accessory as it had in the past, however, feel free to contact the Parts Center at your local authorized Mercedes-Benz dealership to purchase one.
Keep in mind that the rear cargo tray should fit all 2010-2013 GLK models.

The spare tire compartment looks different on the 2013 model compared to the previous years. I always thought it would not fit, I'd be interested if anyone has a cargo tray over the spare tire for the 2013 model.

Here's a crude graphic I made comparing the 2013 spare tire area with the 2010 spare tire cargo tray. You can see that when I laid the 2010 cargo tray over the 2013 spare tire, there is an incompatibility.

I bet the "incompatibility" structure is hiding the fertilizer tank for the diesels.
