Sirius prob with 2014
Keep us posted... I was in the dealer today and mentioned this to service and they said they never heard of it and that I should make an appointment. I would much rather just walk in and tell them I need tsb "xyz" applied then them ripped apart my brand new ML... Assuming its a software fix.
Sent an email to my dealer ... We'll see. They are aware that I'm seriously considering returning the car via lemon law if it's not fixed relatively soon. Hopefully that puts some pressure on MBUSA.
So let me get this straight - after several-to-many unsuccessful service visits to your dealer - you have chosen NOT to call MB Customer service - and NOT start major 2nd channel of resolution.
Frankly you are getting no where - with another dealer that whole infotainment system and antenna/amplifier system would have been already pulled and replaced under MB approval..
Do you really think there are over 6K GLK's your model out there right now with this issue.
You have a lazy dealer who is not working to get full resolution for you..

My 2014 with push button start and only 1200 km just started with this issue. Love the car but just won't renew the Sirius subscription in 6 months. Maybe when the fix is in I'll get Sirius to win me back with a "generous" offer, or not.
Please let your dealer know, and have the. Contact MB! The more disgruntled customers, the faster the fix.
I contacted my dealer, and he's said that there's no word yet on a fix. My 90 day trial runs out in about a month. I'm trying to decide if I'm going to let it lapse and restart Sirius once this has been fixed.

You get 6 months of Sirius free. Sucks you all are having these SAT radio issues. I don't think Sirius and Mercedes collaborate well. The sirius integration (espically voice control) is much better in my 2012 Ram 1500 than my 2014 AMG.
Yeah, I don't get it. I've had XM on cars for YEARS now, and never had had this type of problem. I'm curious if with the "new" version of Comand on the CLA, GLA, and other vehicles, if they went with a new system, such that we're still operating off a "kludge."
My GLK 350 will be arriving in Baltimore tomorrow or Thursday with Sirius and Keyless-Go. From reading this thread, it sounds like I will likely have a problem with Sirius. I probably won't get it here in Louisville until next week (hopefully before I leave on a business trip...), but I will definitely check this. Thanks everyone for the heads up!

I do have the HK system, too, and have the problem. We seemed to have narrow it down to vehicles that have push-button start -- does yours have this?
