Iphone 5 bluetooth wont connect
When I attempt to connect my iPhone 5 it asks for the 4 digit code on the phone, but the code never appears. Is there a setting I need to adjust. On my C250 the code pops right up. My parents GLK350 is what I'm having a problem with. Has Nav ipod cable in console. Thanks

I would start all over...open iphone ...be sure bluetooth is set on...leave phone on....start car...audio... search for phones...when it finds your iphone, enter a code...I set mine for 0000....go to phone...options ...bluetooth...devices (MB Bluetooth should appear)...open and enter same code...they should now be linked.

There are two ways to do it. You can have the car search for the phone or have the phone search for the car. Whichever way you're doing it, try the other one. Both methods are in the user manual. Some people have success with one but not the other.

Have yu reset the phone, Turn the phone off by holding the top button till it says off then slide to the left to turn it off. Now hold the top button for 20 seconds after you see the Apple to totally reset the operating system. Anytime something doesn't seem to work, that should be the first thing. You won't lose any info, but I have had my iPhone 5 hang on all sorts of stuff and only work after reset. I think they learned this from Microsoft.
