Trying to understand, you've purchased a new rear lamp and the plug isn't the same. Is that correct?

No, i have purchased new light switch with one button to turn on rear fog light but The plug is different. Bigger than in The old one. The rear lamp is all time the same. I can turn on rear fog light by the star diagnosis but i can't using light switch. Like i sad i just wonder why i have light switch with front fog lights when i don't have them at all. Maybe there is a problem?

Realy sorry for bad grammar.

I do know the all Mercedes parts are VIN specific. It sounds like it's the wrong switch for your car. The VIN is located at the base of the windshield on the drivers side.

That's what I figured. I don't believe you'll have success with that website for a CDI as that wasn't available in the US. You should be able to apply the same logic for another website that covers your model.

This supplier doesn't show a CDI either. There is a Mercedes dealership in Poland. Maybe they have a parts area on their website.

I know for certain parts are VIN specific and hopefully you'll be able to find the right part. Best of luck to you.

try 7zap.com, there is mercedes parts catalogue by vin search and also cdi engines. If you have model year 2010, then somebody changed front fogs for led strips (probably becouse of bixenon saving), led drl strips in front bumper started in facelift in 2011...that's why you have old type of light switch...
first check the bulb for rear fog light (there is only one on the left side) then measure voltage in it...

Are you sure about 2011, i always thought that was in 2010? The bulb is working, i turn it on using star diagnosis.

oh sorry, you are right, led drl appeared in 2010,, so led drl are oem in your model and switch could be changed, find part number in catalogue by your vin and check the image on internet, your switch should have icon on it only for rear fog.
