Recall coming for 2019-2024 GLS

I don't think solves the 48V issue but merely prevents a fire:

It's only through the '23 GLS. Oddly enough, the 2024 is not impacted... something must have changed in the facelift.

Thanks for the correction! Somehow the '24 GLE didn't get the memo!

Interesting. I bought a used 2020 last week for my wife and we are taking it in for the Transmission recall tomorrow am. I'll try and remember to report back here whether they also were prepared to fix this one.

Yes. I wonder if quality of supply chain got better for MY24 and beyond!

For MY24, the Gen2 ISG is now at rear of engine before transmission, which makes Auto/Start/Stop seamless. Much better than my MY2020 & MY2021 which were “bucking broncos”! Giddy Up!

this is for a loose bolt, which is an assembly line issue, not a supply chain issue.

Whatever it takes to save installing a $0.002 lock washer.

I think it's related to torque settings on the factory tools.

Took our MY20 in for the transmission software recall. They pulled this one up, but it show no details in their system and there was nothing they could offer today as a remedy. FYI.
