Modded C32 vs. Charger R/T Hemi
From a stop. Two passengers in my car (and about 50 lbs of laundry in the trunk). . .he was alone. Wasn't really planning on racing, but he got on it pretty hard at the launch, so I matched him with about 1/2 throttle, at which point he dropped the hammer, as did I. At that point, my car had not yet shifted out of 1st and, with the passenger/cargo weight, I got perfect traction. I pulled on him very quickly (as in about 3 cars by the time my car shifted to 2nd at around 40 MPH or so). Very easy kill. Looking for SRT-8.

dude I had the same mini run on Friday here in Chino.
silver Charger 5.7 hemi with 22's...
we lined up and I need to move to his lane to enter the shopping center. I had like 1/8 mile.... of space..
he took off aggressively but not full WOT, i followed with a nice 1st and 2nd and when I reached about 55 in 2nd, he was not able to stay and slowed down.
didn't have a chance to run a bit more, but he decided to shut down.
The SRT-8 should be a good run, they have good trap speeds stock, therefore I would probably need the ECU to have a better chance.
However you have a better set up, therefore I don't see a problem edging one out, depending on your launch.

I have not run against a C32 or any of the supercharged MBZ, but I did run with C55 and it was a close run. Of course my Hemi is not "stock" so....
A modded C32 should be quite a bit quicker then the non S/C C55 so you would probably beat me pretty bad too.. Watch out though, there is a Superharger for the HEMI out now that brings the Hp close to 550 Rwhp... a few people on the boards put up runs of low 12's...thats not bad for a big a$$ car like that.
Good run and a nice kill!

The Chargers just weigh too much. My pullies/intake/etc are not on yet, but I've gotten into it with Charger R/T Hemis, Daytonas, etc and still just walked them every time. Methinks the story would be more interesting with an SRT-8
