SL600 RT beats on a '05 911 Turbo S
Getting on to an on ramp today in the SL. There's a guy next to me in a black 996 turbo S with black wheels, eyeing my RennTech badges. The light changes, he hits it I hit it, about 15 seconds later, I'm 10 car lengths ahead. That's it, sorry for the short, boring story, just figured I'd share.

I did not know they made a 996 Turbo S....... What it look like...... what the HP and TQ....... someone please post some information on the Turbo S and a pictures please........

457lb/ft from 413lb/ft on non-S
350mm ceramic brakes from 330mm steel brakes on non-S
They reworked the 3.6l engine significantly to get these gains, it isn't just a boost bar job. As a result the spread of tq is more even giving immediate in-gear push.
official 0-62 is 4.2 and top speed 191mph but they test quicker.
However, no match in a straightline for a Renntech SL600 ramped up to 675hp.
