e90post.com and N54tech.com would make for a classic battle.
JB3 vs Procede, it would make for a never-ending war. I think the 135/335 tuners are the most passionate bunch about which tune they have.
I switched one for the other recently, but I won't comment.

EHHHHHH COME ON SPILL THE BEANS. You experienced both tunes so your input should be appreciated by other members. You might **** off a couple dueds but at the end of the day if your more satisfied with 1 tune more then the other I think you should talk about and state your reasons.

Procede
Pros:
-Gear-dependent boost targeting (a MUST for street tire guys)
-auto-tune (can automatically make tweaks for small changes to ambient temp/meth nozzle swaps/overall car health)
-no guesswork when it comes to boost targeting, set a target, forget it
-more failsafes (oil/water temp dependent boost control, ignition correction)
-MUCH better logging ability
-much more responsive part throttle response
-all inclusive feature set (code reading/clearing, downpipe fix)
-future proof with CANBus integration and direct manipulation of parameters.
Cons:
-costs more (but you get more for your money)
-speed delimiter feature WILL void your warranty if enabled
-arguably less performance on the dyno, although this is debatable.
-less responsive customer service if you are a "noob" with stupid issues. Shiv himself is an expert and helpful regarding tuning issues.
-works the wastegates overtime to achieve part throttle responsiveness, although not a major concern.
JB3
Pros:
-Price ($349 for a pinout version)
-set it and forget it simplicity for tune only folks.
-arguably the "faster" tune based on dyno numbers, although there is no documentation or proof of consistency.
-Terry's customer service is the best in the automotive industry. Got stranded on the highway due to a tune failure and he had me up and running over the phone within 30 minutes. His support alone is worth the cost of admission.
-Less points of failure and inexpensive upgrade path.
Cons:
-2.0 user software is primitive at best in its current state.
-No native ignition logging.
-Bavarian Technic scanner is almost a necessity.
-Since the JB3 does not directly target and bases boost targets on duty cycle, can make for inconsistent boost targeting, especially at cold temperatures.
-part throttle response is much improved with 2.0, but the Procede is still superior in this regard.
I would be happy with either tune honestly, but the Procede has more features that pertain to me directly. Gear dependent boost targeting doesn't mean a thing to an automatic, but it does wonders for a 6MT which can't launch in 2nd. Such things as progressive meth mapping, auto-tune which will tweak your map settings based on small changes, and soon-to-come in-dash canbus display.
The JB3 is far simpler to get up and running without any software. It has made great strides to up it's list of features, and is best where it matters most, performance. JB3 cars have consistently put out better numbers on the dyno and the strip, which probably is the most meaningful "feature" one wants from a tune. This is purely speculation, there has never been a dyno sheet showing a dyno run from the same car, different tune on the same day.
Just need to know what you want/need.

Eh I think the comparisons are lame because theres not a control for testing. It really boils down to drivers skill.
They should have their own Stig do the driving.
