Awaiting a new arrival...
One-Touch Sunroof Opening - Retrofit?
Does anyone know how to make this feature from the ML430, ML500 and ML55 work on an ML320? Is it just a switch replacement? Thanks in advance for any insight.

It does work on the 320 - I have a '02 320 and I use this feature all the time. I'm not sure about pre '02 models though. Just give the switch a short brisk backwards tap and the sunroof will open 3/4 ways. No one touch closing available - I guess they don't want fingers getting caught in there!!!

Hmmm, must have been added for 2002 as a standard feature. Is anyone aware of there being a difference in the actual switch between 2001 and 2002?

2001 ML320
My 2001 ML320 has the one touch open sunroof. Maybe yours is faulty.

It works on 2000 as well, just do what Darkman said, full the swith in a snap and let it go. Just like testing a hot plate.
try it a couple of times...the key should be on though.

WTF? Both my 2002 C230K and my 2001 ML320 aren't working with their sunroof switches to one-touch open. Man, am I jinxed or what? Time to go make sure they are synched properly...

Just an update, I did get this to work after some "forcefulness" on the part of the switch. It almost acted as if it couldn't reach the detent you press it into to make it one-touch open. I've got it to work several times now, so thanks for the assistance!
