Mirror lights ?

no luck in getting mine fixed today. Service department was not able to get it to work with the info I provided from this forum. They said will keep an eye out for bulletin release.
For those that had it done, would you mind PM me who is your service adviser? Maybe I can have mine talk to yours? Or anyone in North Cali had this done, please share the dealership info. thanks!

Got my puddle lights fixed. Havent seen them yet. It's my wife's car and she's at work. Also gOt my cars computer re loaded since our tail gate hardly opened with the latch.

Got mine fixed the week. The dealer had no problem identifying the problem or fixing. They did confirm there are no bulbs behind the reflectors in the rear doors. I have package 1.

I am all fixed up I also notice with the re-flash my mirror tilts down on revers now. Thanks MB World And Manhattan Mercedes Benz !!!

Mirror lights?
Newbie here who had the mirror light problem. Took it in for service earlier this week along with a copy of your report. The service assistant manager was not aware of any problem, but as soon as he saw your report, he said it would be fixed. When I picked it up, was told an advisory for the issue had just been received. Lights fixed. Thanks so much for your help!!!!
