New Guy - Just placed an Order Yesterday
hey guys ,just placed an order yesterday and the sales man told me that i will receive my car in april

i wanted to chose Brown Satin Ash Wood Trim , but the system did not allow him to do it with 401 Heated / ventilated front seats(i don't know why).the only one the it allow me to chose 731 – Burl Walnut Wood Trim and i really like 401

Personal choice, but I'd give up the seats for non-plastic wood.

Can you please tell me what's the plastic and ventilated seats is a must for me and system will not allow me to do ventilated with brown stain Ash Wood or any other wood exapt Burl walunt wood plase advice me

By plastic wood, I meant the Burl Walnut looks fake, even though it's real, because of the high gloss finish. I have no idea why the choices are mutually exclusive. YYZ-E55, do you know?

i don't know(they don't know anything anything i want they told be will chick the system) maybe if i wait till 2012 models ill be able to add it ?

Can't see why not. Just ordered ML350 Bluetec with Obsidian Back Exterior, Black Leather Interior, Heated/Vent Seats, and Satin AshWood. My bi-xenons will delay my order until May or June. Bummer

then why it did not go throw with my order, i must call my delay tomorrow and let him know because he was trying a lot to add it but the system was rejecting the ASHWOOD

That's on my spec list. Spendy package but you get a lot for it. Not sure if it's still an availability issue.

There is no production plausi linking the climate comfort seats and the wood trim choice. Perhaps there is a shortage on the open pore wood.

Only reason we couldn't get the ventilated seats is because we ordered the Sports Interior/Sports seats (P95).

Nothing to do with choice of wood trim in our case either.
