AMG Bumper Kits

Anyone know if I can get the AMG bumpers for the 2012 yet and what source they can be ordred through? I want to replace the current bumpers with the AMG kit. I do not have any park assist or blind spot activation so I am thinking it should be fairly straight forward to replace.

Check with any dealer - not sure if parts availability has caught up to production. Also, the rear bumper will not work, given the 63's exposed quad exhaust tips. Aftermarket tuner sources would be better for that, because they will have a replacement rear exhaust section to go along with it.

Are you looking for the AMG styling (772 - ML 550) or the ML 63 AMG kit? Greg's points are valid for the ML 63 kit, however, you could replace the bumper inserts to convert to AMG styling quite easily.

Yes, guess I wasn't clear on that. IMO, though, the AMG Styling rear valance is not much of an improvement.

I was looking for the ML 63 front bumper kit like the one attached but it also looks like there are some additional panels along the side. As Greg was saying the rear kit is a no-go due to the exposed exhaust tips but i would be fine with front anyway.

i'm going to stop by my dealer this afetrnoon and see what they can do and the price.

Just a warning, be prepared to pay more than you're estimating. Retrofits are always expensive. I always think a retrofit will cost a lot of money so that when I go to the dealer and find out the actual pricing, it seems less than my original vision which helps stomach the cost of the still expensive retrofit. lol

Yes, i figured it wouldnt be cheap just b/c it is a MB but it does seem like it should be taking one bumper off and putting a new one back on.. prob not the case though!

To retrofit the 63 front bumper, you'll also have to replace the LEDs and possibly the front fenders as well (ML 63 are flared slightly).
