ML250 Up on MBUSA.COM
See the configurator is updated to show the pricing and available options on the ML250BT. Anyone plan on ordering/buying one?
Has anyone driven one to compare to a ML350BT?

There are a few threads on them on here (mostly by me, haha). Last I heard, they were still all stuck at the factory in Alabama waiting on EPA information. I'm hoping to hear from my dealer soon on when they have theirs on the lot.
I'm planning on ordering one, although I might have just delayed that a bit by putting an offer in on a house last night.

Just got a call from my sales guy that they got their first ML250s in today.
Ironically, my C is back in the shop this morning, so I have more of an excuse to go by this afternoon.

Certainly... I am supposed to go drive one tomorrow.
My dealer's offsite storage lot is 2 blocks from my new house. My sales guy said that they are staged over there at the moment - I might try and drive by tonight after I leave the office.

2014 ML 350 bluetec
The only way I see the ML250 doing better mileage than a ML350BT... is on the hwy driving at constant speed.
The ML is a heavy.. that little 4 banger diesel is going to suffer in city, and on acceleration.
I have both a GLK250BT and ML350BT... the GLK does getter a better overall mileage (cause my wife drives it) but the GLK is also lighter. I also find the GLK sounds a lot more like a diesel (or is something wrong with mine?). My friends didn't even know my ML was a diesel untill i told them.
they still offer the ML350BT in canada.... i believe that 70% of the ML's sold here are blutec.

ML250BT will kindof "surprise" a somewhat pessimistic ML350BT owner... the ML250BT is quite "perky" around town... and perfectly at home on the hwy... traded up a 2013 ML350BT owner who had pre-ordered - subject to their confirming test drive - no worries on their part whatsoever from their test drive...

I don't see how I can trade in my Ml350 bluetec that is getting me 27 mpg average on 90% highway commute at 90 miles a day for a weak 4-banger Ml250 that gets additional 1 mpg average and sacrifice some power and pick up speed. This is a terrible investment on Mercedes. The BMW X5 diesel is doing much better with the higher engine power with similar gas mileage. Correct me guys but this is a waste.

I took one out for about 24 miles today.
It's very diesel-y when cold. You can hear and feel it. One warmed up it is quiet. It won't shove you into the seat, but feels plenty powerful and more than adequate around town and on the highway. I definitely like it over the v6 personally... It's not quite as refined, but I like the diesel engine note. People who are complaining about the performance need to investigate why they bought a diesel SUV...
I got 26 mpg combined according to the car on my drive, and I was not particularly nice to it. I will be placing an order once I close on my house for one.

That's good to hear. I really like my '13ML350BT, but the lease is ending this June and want to stick to the ML series with great fuel economy. Looks like it's going to be a ML250BT for my next one.

Picked up ml 250 yesterday very smooth took it for 30 mile ride last night it showed 38 mpg on highway I'm very impressed had a 2007 ml 350 and this feels a little quicker to me

How does the power feel? Under-powered at all?

The one I drove felt snappy around town, and highway passing was decent. It wouldn't shove you into the seat, but it was enough to lift the front end up and move when you stood on the pedal.
