is high beam adjustable in w166

I recently changed high beam bulbs to Philips Crystalvision ultra to achieve a bit whiter color compared to stock H7s.
After installation i noticed than my passenger side high beam is not properly aimed, it projects lower than my low beams like a search light spot about 30 feet in front of the car..
I thought i did not install it properly, or did not lock the clip correctly. Long story short, after fighting with it for hours, i could not change the aim.
I reinstalled the original bulb, i used a small endoscopic camera to look inside of the headlight to ensure that clip is locked properly,
Nothing works, it works as a spot light, not as a headlight....
I do not want to re-aim the entire headlight because low beam is fine, is there a way to aim the high beam separably form the low beam?
What could i possibly be doing wrong? Am i missing anything?

If there is no high beam adjustment (and I'd be shocked if there is), I'd return the bulb for a replacement. Unless you always had this issue but never really noticed it, I can't see the problem being with anything but the housing.
Driver's side is ok, why?

The driver side is fine, but returning back the original bulb does not help either. That puzzle me thinking that i shifted the lense or bent the retaining clip, this is why i am questioning if its ajustable and HOW.

The passenger side is intentionally pointed that way so drivers have a better night time view of the curb or side of the road.

Like i stated before, the passenger side was aimed differently before i switched the bulb. Now both bulbs reflect the same way illuminating a small patch in front of the bumper, i am positive it needs adjustment. the question is can the high beam reflector be adjusted independently from the low beam lens? if yes, then HOW?

I don't believe there is a mechanism available to adjust high beam lens independently.

Just thinking 'stupidly' here... Might there have been an Oring seal(or part of one) that is still in the housing, and somehow 'angling' the bulb?

If it was my car, I'd remove the entire light housing, remove all the bulbs and check inside the housing with a good flash light.
