Mercedes cla 250
So, I took my car to a mechanic, and he said I have a vacuum leak. He told me I need to replace the whole part, but then I went to another mechanic for a second opinion, and he said I only need to replace only these two parts. Can anyone help me figure out what those two parts are? Also someone else told me that it’s also the fuel rail pressure sensor where the putty is at circled that’s the part I need. Any advice would help

A good MB specialist would fix your issue quickly with no second thoughts.
broken intake plastic
Knowing your intake air duct is broken possibly leaking is half the battle.
Researching the right part number to source where it may be available will be not simple... not around the corner parts store.

Look at supplier of your choice
or forum partner: pelicanparts.com
or "FCP EURO dot com"
or directly from MB website for "best quality".
What you want is :
2x engine mounts
1x transmission mount
All these 3 parts at the same time.
Really cheap parts until branded with Mercedes seal.
This will preserve your new "plastic intake" from braking again shortly and help control engine shaking.

show them this picture.
Mercedes-Benz will order the exact genuine part for your vehicle.
It won't cost $98 your car needs good parts, not eBay copies.

That said, this part seems to be the correct one, did you try to order it and see if you can install it?
1. How do you know you have a leak? Did you get a CEL? What other symptoms?
2. Did the mechanic run a smoke test? Did smoke come from under the putty?
2. What is under the putty? Can you remove it and show us? Who put the putty there?
If there is a crack in the intake tube, I would try some JB Weld for plastics first. I never believed the stuff works until I used some to replace broken trim pieces when replacing the headliner material in my Audi TT.
Also, the comment about getting a scanner was no joke. A proper Mercedes-specific scanner like the LAUNCH Creader Elite 2.0 BENZ is probably the most important tool you can buy for your car.
