Nice for an ML, pretty much the ultimate ML. except for those hideous headlamps.
Unless you're looking at it for a DD, I wouldn't stoop down to an ML after the cars you've had, personally.

Great exterior and interior color. The Strips on the front fenders are a nice subtle touch. Overall the vehicle looks very good and I do think the price is in line however as previously posted you may be able to get it down some. Finally I would seek out more information on the remaining tread life on the rubber and perhaps inquire what amount of brake pad is still available. The headlight appearance is a personal thing and it does make it unique.

Disks will show signs of rust very quickly when left in areas with high moisture and is perfectly normal. However disks that are pitted or severely grooved are a sign of needed replacement.
It is difficult to see in the photo if the disks are worn out but the rust (to a point) should be no problem and will disappear the first time you apply the brakes. By callipers I assume you mean the brake pads which are imposable to see if they are worn out in this photo.

Caliper discoloration like that is very common with vehicles that have seen track duty or been driven very hard. It comes from intense heat. Odd the centers remained silver, possibly painted or replaced.

Yeah, I know that too, but I just looked at other brakes on ML63's on eBay and they have that same color caliper ... weird...

My calipers are the same colour as the ones you have pictured and seem normal...no worries the colour is correct.
