But I liked it so much I bought another one in August 2018, which works perfectly, and I plan to keep it as long as is reasonable. It has 180000 km on it, full service history and my only complaint is that somebody put 18 inch wheels on it...
I love a good bargain and for me the C32 AMG is the best bang for buck performance sedan you can get here, where interest rates are high and financing makes no sense.
And so it joins my 1988 Toyota Land Cruiser in my stable of old cars that other people probably wouldn't look at twice, but I love them...

I just bought my second "Old Lady"....
The first was a very well preserved and maintained 1986 W126 500SE. She was a dream. Fixed some minor DIY issues together with my (then) 11 year old son. Great times. Even my daughter (14) helped out. Sold her to her new owner who planned on doing a nuts and bolts restoration!
January 22 2019 I bought my 2nd "Old Lady"... a 1994 W124 E320 Sp
ortline with308k km on the clock. I was still in school when my Dad bought his 1st W124... a 200... quite a donkey but bulletproof. So quite a bit nostalgia in this buy.. .
She needs a lot of attention... might have bitten off more than I can chew, but trust that I'll find all the help I need on here! To date (one week of ownership), I've replaced bonnet mascot, front flex disc, complete new rear brakes, new emergency brake, left rear window mechanism, fixed headlight issues, sunroof motor, emergency flashers relay (re-soldered! Not replaced!), numerous bad electrical contacts, temporary rewiring airflow meter wires, and and and...
Next up is sorting aux fans constantly running due to previous owner's bypassing sensors, a/c working but not cooling, worn ignition, faulty cruise control and replacing cruise control steering column stalk, replace electric radio antenna, wiring harness (due to Merc's fatal biodegradable issues), rear main oil seal between engine and transmission, gearbox oil, filter and seal... read diff oil, and a proper engine service! And the list goes on! Plus some minor body work!
I hope and trust I'll get all the help and support from MBworld.org!
Happy Benz'ing to all!
