My name is Keith, wanted to introduce myself . Just purchased a 2016 E400 4Matic coupe. I haven’t taken delivery of it yet. I bought it in Massachusetts (Taxachusetts) and in order for me to avoid paying MA sales tax on top of Maine sales tax they have to drive it to me in Maine this coming Friday. Can’t wait! It has AMG sport package and Premium 2, Black on Black with black ash trim. Only 38K on the clock. The only thing it doesn’t have that I want is the illuminated star which they have given me the part number and harness part number. Is there a thread for this car on how to install it? If someone could direct me I’d sure appreciate it. Looking forward to ownership and learning all there is about this sweet car .

I'm Charlie and I live in rural Indiana. I commute around 70 miles each way to my offices in Indianapolis. As such I wanted a comfortable and reliable vehicle to put some high miles on each year. I started off with a 2008 C300 Sport (W204) around five years ago. I've put a little over 110K miles on this car at this point. While my C300 was down for maintenance, my friend and mechanic loaned me his 2005 E320 CDI to drive. Well, I fell in love with the diesel and set about to find one with the inline six similar to his. I recently purchased a 2006 E320 CDI (W211). I'm looking forward to the great fuel mileage and reliability that the inline six diesel offers. I'm attaching pictures of each of them. They are not show cars, but get used constantly. The C300 is still wearing the show shoes at this point.
I look forward to joining the conversation in this community as I'm now an MB convert. I doubt that I'll ever open the checkbook for a new one, but rather look for reliable and interesting used options.

I purchased my first Benz over a month ago! It's a 2018 GLE 350. I traded in my 2012 BMW x5, that I loved and loved to drive, but it broke down way too often! Hoping to have better luck with this German brand. I'm still learning about my new ride and I am loving how it drives so far... 😀

Hello everyone, Paul here from the UK, just signed up and thought I would introduce myself. I have a 2004 E320 CDI W211 estate, unfortunately with a few issues i believe to be originating from the front SAM unit. It has been back and forth to various garages with a starting issue, none of which have been able to fully solve it. A little frustrating so I have come here in the search for some knowledge and hopefully find a solution. Looking forward to browsing the forum and if i get no luck then i will post a topic with the specifics.

Hello all you Mercophiles out there! Short time lurker, first time poster here! Just recently purchased a 2013 W204 1.8 turbo. As a fan of driving and the owner of a long commute (when I have to be in the office) I wanted more of a "drivers" car. So, I opted for the C250 in the better looking (in my own opinion) W204. I test drove 328's, A4's, and some W204s before I decided on the one I got. The BMW's just didn't do it for me in the comfort department, the Audi's were highly disappointing and full of torque steer (even the Quattro models). The Merc fit the bill with the best balance of performance, handling, and comfort. Mine has the Dynamic Sport package with the two material interior and red stitching (very nice looking) and the 18" AMG wheels and Harmon Kardon sound system. After two weeks of ownership, I am madly in love with this car. Yes, it has some things that are a bit annoying but nothing that cannot be lived with and gotten used to. Working on a list of minor mods though it will be kept mostly stock. I'll update as progress happens.
