I have recently bought myself a CL500 that has been converted to LPG and I love it! Just trying to get to grips with the radio!

I am new to your MGWorld but really like the way knowledge is shared! Have always liked Mercedes Benz. Especially the oil burners! Mercedes has been making mechanical things for a long time. They made alot of aircraft engines for the WWI German airplanes. I have a pair of registered Maxim LMG 08/15 aircraft guns from a Folker D7 biplane. The firing mechanisms were made by Mercedes. They are an intricate piece of mechanics. They date 1917. That's the oldest Mercedes production piece I own. Now to find a 1917 Mercedes car!
