Welcome New Members

Kosie here from South Africa. Just bought a pre-owned GLC250d Off-Road. The heart wanted a Macan but the head chose the GLC. It's clear who won this round. So far so happy!

I bought a 2010 GLK350 about five years ago and just love this car. It is an absolute beast especially for our Canadian winters.
Lately though, I have been runninig into some issues namely, ABS, cruise control codes and such. My research so far online seems to be pointing to a faulty wheel speed sensor which I would gladly change.
But to find the faulty sensor it would be best to get an OBDII diagnostc tool. That in itself is a challenge as I don't want to spend too much on one ($150.00) or less would be great.
Any recomendations?
Stephane.
Battery
Glove box light fuse and all the other fuses
worse case scenario for me it was that my ABS Module was actually dying on me.
Scanner i used to figure it out was the iCarsoft i980
got it on amazon.
super easy to use

I’m new to this forum, after having recently placed an order for an GLB200 (due in June 2021). I’m looking forward to learning and joining in on the discussions here!
All the best for the weekend.
Cheers

The Best of Mercedes & AMG
I recently acquired a W201 and W126
1993 W201 190E 2.3 165,000 kms
1990 W126 420SEL 280,000 kms
I will be needing lots of help to have these amazing pieces of engineering to be road worthy and to function as designed and that is not possible without help of well experienced members here. Looking forward
Cheers,
I found my way to this forum via the Chrysler Crossfire Forum (I own a Coupe). I've just bought a Mercedes-Benz CLK320. It's a 2003 model (W209?) with 56000 km on the clock. If this forum is as good as the Crossfire Forum, I am in the right place!

Been on the forum “eves dropping” if you will gaining knowledge and wisdom from all of you fellow Benz and AMG heads like myself seems a lot of y’all have either more time to do what you want instead of just thinking about it or just the money and nothing in your way, as I’ve had a pretty busy past few years.
I bought my first MB A few years back let’s say 2016... she was a 2002 clk320. Always said I’d never buy a Mercedes-Benz.. Don’t get me wrong now, I respected the masterpiece, I just didn’t feel it was my car.
I was into 4cyl 4G63T Turbo charged Talons, not eclipse, Talons. FWD not AWD. ( week synthetic plastic like gears in the transfer cases and I’m know for hard launches) but anyway went from that to 98 BMW 528i always wanted one. Got it and it sits in my front yard begging someone to drive it. 170,000 clean title never left me anywhere. Love that car.
But back to the story at hand, my wife was wanting a, “Newfer us”, car and she came across this clean all white 02 CLK320, immaculate black interior, for $2,200. Thought “it's a scam”, but she insisted I call. Went and looked at it and it was real. I got in that thing for the first time and it felt like it touched me deep inside... I felt like I was apart of it now. Never felt that way before. Starting the engine only intensified the already arousing sensations. Went down the road for the test drive with my wife bedside me not willing to let her in on this new feeling I was experiencing, scared she would “judge” me lol. Opened it up from the stop 🛑 on a good half mile straight away, zipping through the gears feeling her take hold of the road as if to say, “this is my road!”. When I let out of the throttle my wife and I looked at each other and I said without skipping a beat, “I’m buying this car!”..... to be continued...

Just learning about MB. What makes them so special? I mean they are beautiful
but I don't know anything about them.

My first attempt at building a custom MB.
She's a MercedesBenzenz 2003 S600 i purchased her about four months ago badly broken neglected and bone stock and have been having my way with her ever since
she is lowered utiling my ride height sensor reclocking brackets which are 100% adjustable w/o the need to jack up the car.
wheels are staggered 20's.
my newly designed true cold air intake i scoured the earth low and high and there are no real good intakes avail for the m275 platform, the ones that are avail are both high priced and they all neglect to get the damn filter elements out of the damn heat soked engine bay.
if anyone is interested ill be happy to do a "how it's done thread on my intake system. I also install vents on the hood as suddenly as possible hidden inside the racing stripes so far I'm saying 15 to 20 degrees cooler IATs coinciding with my intake system and the hood vents which is a big deal especially here in Arizona where the worst thing to have is a boosted motor in the summertime.
I also installed a custom sound system with 1800 watts 2 8" skar subwoofers and a 10.1 android head unit. (All D2B fiber optics have been bypassed or eliminated.
exterior is two toned, top is factory MB silver metallic, bottom is wrapped in ViViid purple satin chrome metallic.
rocker panels, Fr and Rr fascia door handles mirrors and hood vents are color match painted.
Up next install KILLER CHILLER and then drive to vivid racing to have them install their bad *** ECU tune then off to the dyno then the 1/4 drag strip.

Hello
My name is Devan and I'm from Brooklyn, NY. I always loved the way the E class looked and was finally able to buy my 2012 E350 in January. So far I have did some aesthetic work to it like tints, rear CF trunk and window lips. I changed out the grill and hood emblem delete. Got myself some amg wheels and by next month this baby will be sitting on airtekk.
