Hi, Found this great site a few weeks ago after starting to look for a more vintage Mercedes after not having a "collector car" for a few years. We've had plenty of the new cars and loved every one of them, currently have a 2018 GLE350 with the AMG upgrades and just leased the new C300 for my wife which is a huge upgrade from the previous C level. After being inspired by a neighbors recent purchase of a W123 turbo diesel wagon I started looking for a similar one which we'll find at some point.
I'm John. I live in Mitchell, SD. I retired here after a bunch of years in the aerospace industry and have been cultivating my goofing off skills while also enjoying reading, yard work, putzing around in the garage and photography.
I own a 2016 GLE 300d that I ordered (I picked it up on 12/31/15). It's irridium silver with black leather interior, HK sound, heated washers, trailer hitch, heated rear seats, heated and ventilated front seats, adaptive lighting, lighted star, and probably other stuff that I am forgetting.
I really like the vehicle. It gets good fuel economy and it's been very reliable.

Thank you for adding me. I own a Mercedes Benz 190E. Not sure if it is 1990 or 1993 model as the car was a import from England and assembled in Stuttgart Germany. I am in South Africa and they cannot locate the car on our Na Tis system. Regards from SA Mercedes 190E automatic transmission.

I'm new to the forum and excited to get some insight from all of you fellow MB owners. I have a 2005 CLK500. Just finished replacing all the convertible hydraulic cylinders and am working on getting her all put back together. Thanks to Klaus and Top Hydraulics for all the help in that process.

it's the first i've ever had,i use to own 2002 Vauxhall Mk4 Astra SRI 0 - 60 was 8s but this eats the astra for breackfast.
