Hey Everyone,
I've been making heavy use of this forum's wisdom over the last few months so I figured I should register.
I recently purchased a 2005 CL65 AMG from a dealer on eBay, and have just finished getting everything in working order (emissions system and audio electronics needed some love).
Now I'm ready to make a couple performance improvements. I ordered a Quaife ATB limited slip differential and Renntech handheld ECU tuner, and am expecting them in the next couple weeks. I'll let you guys know how it turns out. Maybe later on I'll add a high flow intercooler pump to keep heat soak under control.

I do spend a great deal of time grinning like an idiot behind the wheel. I will say the only downside to owning this car is that it feels unsportsmanlike to challenge anyone at red lights.

As for unsportsmanlike.... nothing wrong with stacking the deck.

The xenon bulbs are performing quite well, much brighter than my 2016 Forester that I drive for work. I may be interested in replacing the dingy yellow bulbs, as long as I don't have to deal with any CAN bus issues as a result of the LEDs. Touché on stacking the deck, it would be fun to embarrass some of those sassy Mustang drivers with their ear-splitting exhaust noise.
