New trying to learn a few
Hi guys/gals I'm new to the group I'm sort of a diy type of guy so I'm on here looking to just get points and tips.

Thank you.... Hopefully I'm typing in the right spot lol (newbie)

Anyway maybe you can help me out with something. I bought a 2003 Clk 500. It was sitting a while and needed a battery and alternator. After replacing the alternator it did its job of not cutting off. However the cluster only light up the warning lights (srs and check engine) the message center and speedometer and things didn't work. So I bought a new battery and it all lit up. About 30 minutes later the lights went out again. I'm thinking something is killing the battery perhaps but if that's the case the alternator should have charged it enough to where the lights would work. Idk any suggestions??
